Welcome to Kochaisa Kurmi / के के सेवा न्यास (“Kochaisa Kurmi”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Website”), available at kochaisakurmi.in.

Kochaisa Kurmi is a private community platform intended primarily for members of the Kochaisa Kurmi community, their families, and community-related activities.

By registering, signing in, accessing the members-only area, submitting information, or using any service available on this Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register for or use the members-only services of the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The purpose of Kochaisa Kurmi is to provide a digital platform where verified members of the Kochaisa Kurmi community can:

The Website is intended to assist community interaction. It should not be treated as an official government record, identity database, matrimonial agency, professional verification service, or guarantee regarding any member or information published on the Website.

2. Community Membership

The members-only section of the Website is intended for the Kochaisa Kurmi community.

Registration does not automatically provide access to all member information.

A person may be required to:

Receive or use a valid invitation;
Sign in through an authorised Google account;
Complete the required membership information;
Provide correct information about themselves and, where applicable, their family;
Complete any verification requested by the Website administrator; and
Receive approval from an administrator.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or revoke membership where we reasonably believe that:

There is no separate Website password-based login facility unless we introduce one in the future.

Where practical, you should inform an adult family member before providing personal information about them.

If an adult family member subsequently creates their own account, we may permit them to claim, verify, complete, correct, or manage their profile.

7. Children and Persons Under 18 Years

The Website does not display profiles or personal information of persons under 18 years of age in the general member directory or publicly accessible areas.

A registered and verified parent, guardian, or authorised family member may provide limited information relating to a person under 18 where required solely for legitimate family-tree or family relationship purposes.

Information relating to children:

Is not intended to be available publicly;

Once a person reaches the applicable age, their profile and information may be subject to additional verification before being made available as an independent member profile.

8. Family Tree

Family-tree information should not be treated as an official genealogical, legal, inheritance, succession, caste, identity, or government record.

9. Business Directory

Registered and verified members may be permitted to submit information regarding a business, professional service, organisation, shop, enterprise, or other commercial activity.

Photographs;

Business listings may require administrator approval before publication.

An administrator may approve, reject, modify the presentation of, temporarily hide, or remove a business listing.

Administrator approval of a business listing does not constitute certification, endorsement, recommendation, licensing verification, financial verification, or guarantee of the business.

Any transaction between members and businesses is directly between those parties.

Kochaisa Kurmi is not responsible for:

Pricing;
Payments;
Refunds;
Delivery;
Warranties;
Business disputes;
Fraud by a third party; or
Loss resulting from a transaction between users.

Business owners are responsible for ensuring that their listings and business activities comply with applicable laws.

10. Matrimonial Profiles

The Website may provide a matrimonial section for eligible adults.

A registered and verified member may be permitted to create matrimonial information:

For themselves;
For an eligible relative; or
In appropriate circumstances, for another eligible adult such as a family friend.

When creating a matrimonial profile for another adult, the person submitting the profile must have that individual's knowledge and appropriate permission to provide and publish the information.

Matrimonial profiles may contain information such as:

Name;
Gender;
Age/date of birth;
Education;
Occupation;
Family details;
Native place;
Current location;
Photograph;
Contact person;
Relationship of the person managing the profile;

Matrimonial profiles for persons under 18 are strictly prohibited.

11. Matrimonial Verification and Responsibility

Administrator approval of a matrimonial profile should not be interpreted as verification or guarantee of:

Health;
Character;

Any statement made within the profile.

12. Responsibility for Information Submitted
